The problem is that if the sale of this division includes property (maybe it doesn't) it could be purchased by an asset stripper. This has happened with a number of coating plants in the past eg Forte in Hungary and the Argenta photographic paper plant in Germany some years back. It is also possibly a problem for Efke (Fotokemika)in Croatia according to recent reports.
